CURRENT SITUATION DUE TO THE PANDEMIC (COVID-19)

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, shipments may take a bit longer than usual. We will process your order with the same speed as always, but what happens after we hand the packages over to the postal service is out of our hands. We will continue to work hard to provide you with the best service.


 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays (only business days). We recommend that you verify all the information you provide is correct, making sure there are no errors in your shipping address (mailing address), as it is not possible to make any changes to the destination address once the package has been picked up from our facilities and shipped.

During a normal work week from Monday to Friday, it takes 1 to 2 business days to process and verify orders. Please allow additional processing time if you place your order on a holiday or the weekends. Barring complications or special orders, most orders ship in two business days. Complications may include, but are not limited to, a mailing address that cannot be verified or an unauthorized credit card. If there is any issue processing your order, we will contact you immediately.


 

STANDARD SHIPPING

 

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive in the Continental United States. We gladly accept P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Rest assured that every item in your order will be handled and professionally packed with the utmost care. Processing and shipping includes postage, distribution costs, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance when guaranteed.
