Refund Policy
All items are final sale. Therefore, there are no cash refunds, only an item exchange or store credit as applicable under our policy.
Our policy lasts for 15 calendar days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

10 calendar days to get a store credit.

After the 10th day, you have until the 15th day to make an exchange. No cash refund will be offered; you will be given a credit that you can use in the store.

After the 15th day, no credit or exchange will be given.
To be eligible for an item exchange or credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (with the tag).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your item credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process (where applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If approved, your exchange or credit will be processed and will be automatically applied and sent to you via email.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Sale Items (where applicable)
Only regularly priced items will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, for sale products, the sale is final and definitive. No exchanges will be made. They cannot be refunded. (NO exchange, NO credit).
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@islasolarpr.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you must ship it to: Isla Solar, following the instructions provided by our staff.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
